Division A Proudly welcomes all officers and members to take part in the January 10th, 2010 2nd Officer Training in Sendai.
We are looking forward to seeing you all, because we have organized an exciting program to help you in your endeavor as Toastmasters.
We will have interactive presentations throughout the day, and we will end the event with an exciting panel discussion. You are invited to ask questions and give comments, so that we can have a healthy communication going.

Sasa-Kamaboko (steamed fish paste molded into the shape of a sasa-dake [sasa-take] leaf and then lightly baked) Good with meals as a side dish or good as a snack with beer!)
Hagi-no-Tsuki 萩の月(soft, steamed cakes with custard cream filling)
Kiku-Fuku 喜久福(mochi outside, filled with real cream; or zunda [mashed green soybeans] and real cream; or anko [adzuki bean paste])
Sendai Gyu 仙台牛 (Sendai Beef)
Sendai Gyu-tan 牛タン (Sendai Ox tongue)
Hasekura Yaki 支倉焼 (like “geppei” [Flat “manju”])

I would like to make "Hagi no tsuki".
I don't find any recipe. Could somebody give me one please ?
